Topticom warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or improper operation or repairs made by anyone other than Topticom.

Return-30days.  Any claim with respect to such products where the purchaser seeks a refund of the purchase price must be made 6 months from the original date of shipment by Topticom.

Exchange-30days.The purchaser can make claims to receive replacement product for a period of 30days  from the original date of shipment by Company.

Warranty-3 years. Topticom provides technical assistance on investigating performance issues, identifying corrections and generating provisional and final solutions to any problems arising during installation, commissioning or operation of equipment. Must reply within 24 hours after receiving customers’ notice of quality problems.
